Jasmine is the creative heartbeat of Stellar — a filmmaker’s champion and a community builder who turned a long-held dream into a nationally recognised short film festival. She leads the festival’s direction, programming and partnerships, shaping a premium open-air experience that celebrates Australian talent and brings people together under the stars.

Stu is the steady, behind-the-scenes force who ensures Stellar runs seamlessly. A former filmmaker himself, he oversees operations, logistics and technical execution, leading the film selection panel and liaising with filmmakers. His calm leadership and deep respect for the craft help shape Stellar’s signature “best of the best” experience.

Sommer is Stellar’s strategic and creative driving force, responsible for brand, marketing, partnerships and festival communications. With 20+ years’ experience leading major brands, she blends sharp strategy with heartfelt storytelling to grow Stellar’s audience, strengthen community ties and elevate the festival’s premium identity.
