TICKETS & ENTRY

Can I transfer my ticket? Yes! If you can’t make it, feel free to pass your ticket on to a friend. Tickets are transferrable and you do not need to let us know.

Will tickets be refunded? Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled due to severe weather (at the discretion of the event organisers).

Do I need to print my ticket? Nope! Whatever works for you. Digital tickets are preferred as they don’t waste paper. If you have any tech issues, we can look up your name at the gate.

Is there an age restriction? Stellar is a mature audience event and not recommended for anyone under 15. Under 18s are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.

Do you accept Companion Cards? Yes! Please show your card at the gate for entry.

Can I bring my pet? Sorry, no pets allowed.

PARKING & TRANSPORT

Where can I park?

• VIP ticket holders: Onsite parking is available.

• General Admission ticket holders: Parking is available in the industrial estate directly across the road from McClelland Sculpture Park + Gallery and along McClelland Drive. Please carpool if you can!

• Uber/taxi, and drop-offs at the gate.

What about accessible parking? We have limited accessible parking on-site. Please contact us in advance to discuss if you need.

ACCESSIBILITY

Accessible parking is available onsite—please reach out to us to arrange a space.

Accessible toilets are located in the McClelland Gallery.

A second screen with Closed Captions will be available with additional space.

Volunteers, security, and McClelland staff are here to assist—if you need help, just ask!

Need a quiet space? McClelland is a large venue with plenty of areas to take a break if needed.

FOOD & DRINK

Can I bring my own food? You are welcome to bring food, however we’d love you to support our local stallholders!

Are drinks available? Yes! We have fantastic local beverage stalls serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. BYO is strictly not permitted.

Will there be coffee? Of course! We’re big coffee lovers at Stellar, and we’ve partnered with some of the best local coffee vendors.

SEATING

VIP guests have seating provided.

General Admission guests can set up on the lawn with picnic blankets, bean bags, or low-back chairs, including regular-sized camping chairs. Volunteers will be available to help you find the best spot.
